Dr. Sudhanshu Kumar is an Assistant Professor at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and teaches Competition and Corporate Laws to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has been the content writer and Editor for S M Dugar Guide to Competition Law (LexisNexis) and The Law of Consumer Protection (LexisNexis). He was one of the Specialist Editors for C R Datta on Company Law, Treatise on Companies Act, 2013. Previously, he was also engaged by the Competition Commission of India to create the training Module [Competition Law] for Administrative and Judicial Training Academies.

Abdullah Hussain is a partner at the L&L Partners with over 15 years of experience in competition law practice. He has been involved in this practice area since the formative stages of the Competition Act and has assisted the Government of India in the formulation of its rules and regulations. More recently, he was instrumental in drafting and coordinating the submission of the Cartels Working Group of the International Bar Association to the amendments to the CCI’s Lesser Penalty Regulations. Abdul has acted for clients across numerous sectors, including construction equipment, cement, aviation, pharmaceuticals, auto parts, e-commerce and private equity investments. He has authored several articles on current competition law issues and is a regular speaker at various conferences and seminars including the Competition Roundtable at the Canadian High Commission and the India-United State Cross Border Investment Conference. He is also one of the Ranked Lawyers for Competition/Antitrust in the Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific Guide, Legal 500, as well as recognized by Who’s Who Legal.
